1. Existing Customer

1.1Existing customers cannot redeem this offer until their referred family or friend has made their booking and finalized payment with the offer applied to their booking.

1.2The offer cannot be redeemed unless the referred customer specifies the name of the existing customer who referred them.

1.3The referred customer must bring in the physical hanger with the offer on it to redeem this offer at their first workshop visit.

1.4The expiry date written on the hanger applies to the referred customer. The existing customer will have 12 months from the date of the referred customer’s booking to redeem their $50 off.

2. Referred Customer

2.1To be eligible to redeem this offer, referred customers must be first-time customers of ASAP Autocare.

2.2Referred customers must mention the name of the family member or friend who referred them to apply the credit to the referring customer’s next booking.

2.3A first-time customer is defined as someone who has not had any prior transactions or services performed by ASAP Autocare.

2.4The expiry date written on the hanger indicates when this offer expires for the referred customer.

3. Offer Requirements

3.1Both existing and referred customers must spend a minimum of $250 to redeem the $50 off their next workshop visit.

3.2For referred customers, their “next” workshop visit refers to their “first” workshop visit where they utilise one of ASAP Autocare’s services, such as a repair or vehicle servicing.

3.3For existing customers, their “next” workshop visit refers to the first booking they make after the referred customer redeems their $50 off, where they utilise one of ASAP Autocare’s services, such as a repair or vehicle servicing.

4. Offer Redemption

4.1The $50 off is redeemed when the customer makes their booking with this offer being applied to the job, not at the end of the job.

4.2The offer must be redeemed at the time of booking.

5. Offer Exclusions

5.1This offer cannot be used alongside other ASAP Autocare or ASAP Roadworthy offers.

1. Eligibility

1.1To be eligible to redeem the Roadworthy Hanger Pass offer, customers must be first-time customers of ASAP Autocare.

1.2A first-time customer is defined as someone who has not had any prior transactions or services performed by ASAP Autocare.

2. Minimum Spend

2.1To redeem the $50 credit, customers must spend a minimum of $250 (excluding taxes and fees) at ASAP Autocare.

2.2Splitting transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement is strictly prohibited.

3. Offer Redemption

3.1The offer must be redeemed at the time of booking to be eligible for the credit.

4. Offer Limitations

4.1This offer is limited to the first 100 customers who redeem it.

5. Offer Exclusions

5.1This offer cannot be redeemed alongside any other offers from ASAP Autocare or ASAP Roadworthys.

1. Offer Validity and Booking

1.1This offer is valid for 48 hours from the time of receiving a failed Roadworthy Certificate.

1.2To redeem this offer, customers must book their repairs with ASAP Autocare within the 48-hour time frame.

1.3Redemption of the offer outside the 48-hour time frame will be at ASAP Autocare’s discretion.

2. Offer Exclusions

2.1This offer cannot be combined with any other offers from ASAP Autocare or ASAP Roadworthy.

3. Repair Guarantee and Re-Inspection Discount

3.1Repairs are guaranteed to be completed within a 14-day period from the date of receiving the failed Roadworthy Certificate.

3.2Upon completion of the repairs, customers will receive an $88 discount on their re-inspection fee.

3.3If the repairs cannot be completed within the 14-day period due to delays attributable to ASAP Autocare (e.g., waiting for parts, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances) and repairs are completed after the 14-day period, customers will receive a free reissue of their Roadworthy Certificate. Delays caused by the customer are not covered under this provision.

4. Courtesy Car

4.1Customers redeeming this offer may be eligible for a free courtesy car, subject to availability, while their car is in the ASAP Autocare workshop for repairs.

4.2Courtesy cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

4.3To use a courtesy car, customers must agree to and follow the Courtesy Car Terms of Use, including but not limited to refueling the vehicle before returning it and maintaining the car in the same condition as it was received.

5. Courtesy Car Terms of Use

5.1Customers using a courtesy car must adhere to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Courtesy Car terms of use agreement.
