The ASAP Roadworthy’s company founder is a local road user who was inspired to create a company absolutely focussed on road safety after a vehicle struck his wife and left her hospitalised, which turned out in the end to be at the fault of an unsafe vehicle which had major faults that caused the accident. Since that day it has been ASAP’s mission to prevent anyone else being in harms way due to the fault of an unroadworthy vehicle and ensure all vehicles are SAFE for all road users.

If you’re car is in good shape, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. From booking to safety cert in my hand it was less than 24 hours. Most fixed operations were quoting 3-4 weeks booked out. The best part, I didn’t lift a finger. Came and took care of it in my driveway. Stop googling and just book with ASAP.

The best service I’ve ever received! I asked to have my car booked “last minute dot com” and they fitted me in with a courtesy car for free to help me get to work in the morning. I asked them to replace my front brake pads & rotors and to let me know if the rear needed replacing too. They could’ve been dishonest & made more money out of me, but instead they were honest and told me with integrity that I don’t need to waste money on replacing the rears cause they perfectly ok. My car was efficiently repaired, they quoted me the most reasonable price I’d seen since I started asking around for quotations, and to top it off they have Afterpay which just made paying more convenient for me in 4 instalments! When I collected my car it was cleaned, it felt brand new to drive, and it felt so safe… they did such a good job! All of this was done with such amazing service, they were smiling and friendly, always picked up the phone and were eager to help. And when I collected my car, they went through the process with photos to show me what they’d done and what they replaced. And the waiting room has a pool table, massage chair & movie screen with all the luxuries… I was quite impressed! If I have to go to a mechanic again, I will not hesitate to come back to them! I would highly recommend it!

Found this service online, they have an easy booking process to use. I contacted staff just to confirm the safety inspection of two vehicles booked on the same day, and received a prompt reply. They also have a handy SMS service notifying you when the inspector is on the way. Would recommend to others.

I had the best service I explained I was going on long trip and needed my Mazda bt-50 to be reliable while away. To be honest they could have told me anything about what was needed but didn’t. They did provide a small list of things that were not major and they would check on them at next service.The work I had done included a full service and power steering oil flush and top up.The price was very reasonable and they suggested even though they replaced the filter that I get an extra one to keep in car as I was going to be doing a lot of dirt road remote travellingThank you for the good work reasonable pricing and most important honesty.

WowThis business is amazing. I was able to wait in there customer lounge with large screen tv, plush lounge and get this free drinks, bars and chips. Wait there is more a pool table and friendly staff. Sure l had to drive from the southern end of the Gold Coast but it is well worth it to receive this kind of attention. I will be taking all my business here and letting friends know of this business 🙂

Unbeatable in terms of price, honesty, and professionalism. I have taken my car in twice now for major repairs. Both times Ryan, Nico and Emily all went out of their way to answer my questions and show me photos of the work they were doing. The first repair was a wheel bearing and the second pair was a rear control arm bush. Both repairs were done well and were well priced. It feels so good to have a shop that I can trust. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

Absolutely brilliant service and I believe Ryan was the guy who I spoke with... 10/10 customer care! He was so friendly and explained everything down to a T. Also told me about things that will need fixing in the future and gave me quotes so I will have time to make sure I will have the money ready. The waiting area is without fault, my 9 month old had a blast wondering around playing with the toys and watching the mechanics fix the cars through the window. They have snacks, cold drinks and coffees that aren't of extra cost and make you feel so welcome. Not to mention the best price that I could find on the coast for a service of my desiel I30. I needed a safety certificate and gas inspection in order to sell my caravan. I found ASAP Roadworthy online. The process was simple, I made a call on a Sunday morning and was given a date and time on Tuesday early morning as Monday was a public holiday. As soon as I ended the call, I got a message requesting information to complete the booking. I sent all the required information and within minutes received an invoice that had to be paid to confirm the booking. I paid the invoice and got a message informing me that the booking was confirmed and I would be notified when the inspector was on his way. Tuesday early morning I received another message informing me that the inspector was 14 minutes away and to have the caravan ready for inspection. 14 minutes later Brican Ada arrived. He was very efficient with the whole process. At the end I had a couple of questions and he was extremely helpful and patient. Exceptional and excellent customer service. A big Thank You to Brican. As a first time customer I would highly recommend ASAP Mobile Roadworthy based on my experience.

I'm terribly sorry, I didn't catch your name so I can't do a PERSONAL review.I booked an ASAP Mobile Pre-Purchase Car inspection with less than 24 hours notice and both of the ladies I spoke to on the phone were very kind and explained everything to me quite well. Especially as I had to get the sellers information, which involved 2 phone calls, as this was a private car sale.They contacted the seller and organised a time that suited them well, and contacted me to let me know when they were starting the inspection, and when they finished it.The man that inspected the vehicle was SUPER nice and informative. Loved his energy and attitude on the phone. He told me all of the issues with the car, important or not, and did a dig into the background history of the car to ensure everything was legit. I was also sent an email of everything that was said to me over the phone as a reminder on what needs working on, which is good because I have a horrible memory.Very happy with the service and communication with this company. Definitely would recommend to anyone, and would come back again for future purchases (hopefully won't need to!).Thank you guys!

Had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with Ryan and the guys at Asap Autocare in Nerang, I previously phoned other mechanics about the problems with my vehicle. I was constantly over quoted and stressed through the whole ordeal as I only just purchased the vehicle, when I came across Asap auto care, the whole process from the phone conversation to the inspection and information they gave me was so stress-less and extremely trustworthy. They made me feel so much better about the whole situation and quoted and charged me a very reasonable price, that was after the free vehicle inspection and free loan car I was given while the guys diagnosed the problem. I felt very relaxed and relived I couldn’t thank them enough, the guys went above and beyond with there service and even stayed open late for me to collect my vehicle, I would 100% recommend Asap autocare without hesitation!!!

Our car broke down on the freeway as we were going on holidays from NSW to Bribie Island. We were very fortunate to come across ASAP auto care but even more fortunate to meet Ryan, who went above and beyond in every facet of a service provider to ensure everything could have been done to diagnose the issue of our breakdown. I recently had my Hyundai ix35 serviced by Ryan and the team. When I called to book in my service I mentioned to Ryan it was making a strange noise. Ryan asked if I was free to go in there that day for him to have a quick look at the car. He thought it sounded like I was out of oil.Sure enough my car was out of oil! Ryan put oil in it for me to get me through till my service.The reception area is welcoming and exceptionally clean and tidy. I was really impressed with the inspection of my 1974 classic vehicle. The technician identified it was an older car and took the initiative to call me before attending to understand what my main focus points were, this was great. I've had 2 ASAP staff come to my home to look at my Food Van and what a great experience. Funny thing is neither the Road Worthy or the gas inspection passed but they were so clear on what was required left simple to follow instructions to fix the issues. Great Mobile Roadworthys Brisbane company. We called them and they were there same day booking. After selling our car we used for a Pre Purchase Inspection Car was great and they did a great job very thorough . Need a Gas certifcate soon on my caravan will be hearing from me soon. Thanks heaps
